Before any order, an estimate will be sent to the customer by e-mail. This estimate will inform the customer of the manufacturing time of the articles, their price and the conditions and transport costs. Any customs fees cannot be included in this quote (see article 5). It will specify the address, telephone and email of the customer.
In all cases, only the payment of a deposit triggers the execution of the order (see article 6).
Any estimate bearing the handwritten mention Good for agreement , dated and signed by the customer, is worth firm and definitive order. Quotes are valid for 90 days; beyond this period, GENEVIEVE PAROIS is no longer required to accept the order under the conditions set out in the said estimate.s.
GENEVIEVE PAROIS reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of the customer's failure to fulfill one of its obligations, and more generally, to refuse any order presenting an abnormal nature for any reason whatsoever (article deemed impossible to carry out, volume order too large) or a foreseeable delivery problem to be made.
Order confirmation :
After acceptance of the estimate, an order confirmation is sent by e-mail to the customer. The payment of a deposit constitutes order confirmation and unreserved acceptance of these GCS by the buyer.
Additional works :
Any work or service not explicitly provided for in the quote will be considered additional work; it will give rise to the signature by the customer of an amendment to the order before its execution.
- Item prices
Item pricesin direct purchase on the site are in euros, net of VAT (VAT not applicable, art 293B of the CGI).
The prices of the items ordered« tailored», for France or abroad (price of the article, shipping costs), are specified on the estimate which is mandatory.
GENEVIEVE PAROIS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, depending on economic conditions, but undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.
The services not provided for in the initial estimate will be the subject of additional estimates or separate purchase orders, indicating the price, the conditions and the duration of the extension of the period of execution provided for in the initial estimate.

Paying for items online:
Payment for items is made on the site by validating the basket and following the various steps until payment by credit card.e.
Payment for bespoke items:

International bank transfer. Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To validate the custom item order, the customer must pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the invoice, the balance to be paid before shipping the order.
- Delivery

For an order from a country other than France (Europe or outside Europe) the customer is the importer of the item(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties, state taxes may be required. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of GENEVIEVE PAROIS. These deadlines are given for information only and cannot give rise, on the part of the customer, to the cancellation of the order or to a request for any damages in the event of a delay due to any event.
The goods always travel at the risk and peril of the customer, who must exercise his recourse with the carrier, in the event of damage, loss or late delivery.
It is therefore up to the customer to carefully examine the packages upon delivery. - Withdrawal

Intellectual property :

The client undertakes to keep confidential and not to disclose, in whole or in part, to any third party whatsoever, the quotes, proposals, documents and/or information that GENEVIEVE PAROIS may have communicated to him and of which he may have had prior knowledge. , concomitantly or after the execution of the contract. The work remains the intellectual property of GENEVIEVE PAROIS and may not be reproduced by the client or by a third party.
The client authorizes GENEVIEVE PAROIS to cite its name as a reference.
Legal Clause:
Any dispute will be settled amicably or in case of failure before the Commercial Court of Lyon. He will be solely competent to hear any dispute that may arise regarding the conclusion or execution of the agreements concluded with us, even in the event of a warranty claim or multiple defendants.
Any order contains implicit acceptance of these agreements.
All disputes arising from the contract concluded between GENEVIEVE PAROIS and the buyer will be subject to French law. The French courts have sole jurisdiction.
