Geneviève Parois, creator of the eponymous brand, has been a milliner-hat designer for 10 years. Very early on, she developed a passion for haute couture; her artistic know-how begins with training in model making, sewing and bespoke tailoring. She made her mark by creating her own models and in 2011 obtained the consecration of her talent with the prize for Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Her curiosity as an artist led her to explore different artisanal techniques in the field of ornamental flowers, feather work, lace... It was these new approaches that gave her the idea of making hats. After studying at GRETA Création, Design et Métiers d’Art in Paris, she created her own brand in 2010.
Geneviève Parois is a woman of conviction.
She likes breaking codes to reveal sublimated femininity. His career testifies to his need to free himself from customs and to draw inspiration from eclectic horizons.
